Camilla is our Lead Consultant at Icognia Hospitality, working at the company since its start up 9 years ago, and will most likely be the first person you’ll speak to. Prior to Icognia, Camilla ran her own, successful catering company for 10 years across the North West, all while raising a 4 kids!
A professionally trained chef herself, Camilla studied with Prue Leith in London before forging a career in London. Wanting to be closer to family, Camilla moved to the North West where she set up Camilla Clarke Catering.
What’s great about Camilla is she understands the busy hospitality environment - as she herself has worked within it. She knows the pressure of wanting to climb the ladder, heading up a kitchen team, working with the front of house and what makes a good manager.
As just one of the keen chefs in the team (yes we have a few!) Camilla really enjoys visiting the hotels we represent and (attempting to) recreate the amazing meals she’s had when visiting.
Outside of work, Camilla enjoys spending time with her family, going to the gym and walking her 2 dogs - Skye and Skibo - who are usually in the office with us all.
