We care for our candidates, that’s why we only work with the best of the best boutique hotels. In most cases, candidates choose to leave a stable role for career progression. So we believe we have a duty of care to ensure the hotels we represent are food employers, look after their staff and that the role we are recruiting for is right for the candidate.

We regularly visit each and every hotel we recruit for. Believe it or not we don’t visit for the stunning decor, the views to die for or the amazing food (although that’s a nice bonus). We visit to RELATE - to ensure our candidates are treated well:
